About Genre Strategy Rating Rated 'T' for Blood, Language, Violence Summary World in Conflict presents a chillingly authentic Cold War scenario where the Berlin Wall never fell. Created by Cold War authority and best-selling author Larry Bond, the story begins in 1989 as the Soviets, fearing certain collapse, boldly advance into Europe. The RTS gameplay features completely destructible 3D battlefields, aggressive team-based multiplayer action and a focus on fast, hard-hitting battles. The World in Conflict Collector’s Edition includes limited edition extras for hardcore fans and Cold War enthusiasts, including an authentic piece of the Berlin Wall, a bonus DVD from The History Channel, behind the scenes videos, and special packaging.

Nothing flexes our imagination like alternate history scenarios, and World in Conflict delivers one that has us on the edge of our seat. It’s the late 1980s, and the Cold War is far from over. The commies have already made a push to invade Western...

Its an RTS so fast-paced, cinematic, and instantly gratifying that it could almost be mistaken for an action game Its great that the Cold War ended before turning into a global nuclear holocaust, but the real-time strategy gamer in me is thrilled...
